Have you given up that your life or business will ever be successful?

Afraid things are going to stay the same or stuck forever?

Are you complaining that you just don’t have the time?  The money?  The support?  Or the knowledge?

Well, I tell my clients that you are in charge of you time.  You have choices.  Are you making the choices that move your life or business to the next level?  

Here are some action steps that you can take to start moving in the right direction.

Morning routine

1.  Create a morning and evening routine.  First thing in the morning (before you pick up your phone) find something that you are grateful for.  (its a beautiful day, you are alive, you have a beautiful partner next to you, darling children in the other room, your fun dog, your friendships, etc… you get my drift.

           Then in the evening, spending time journaling about your day, what were some glitches          

           in your day, grateful for again, and what are some of your goals for tomorrow!~

Talk to yourself kindly

2.  Take control of how you talk to yourself and others.  Are you having the “I can’t …. I don’t know how….   How can you do something that you don’t want to do?  One of the ways that Tony Robbins trains his brain, is that he jumps into a cold water tank every morning….whether he wants to do it or not.  It is not a question.  So I have started taking a cold shower after I have showered…. whether I want to or not.  It has taught me that I CAN DO IT!  and it opens up my day to the “I CAN” attitude.  I can take on my day!  

Feel the fear and do it

3.  How do you just feel fear and do it anyway?  It is about reframing.  How can you change your perspective on it?  Think about your past, where you have been fearful to do something but you did it any?  The more you do this activity the easier things get.  I was fearful to delivery my babies… but I did it!  I was fearful to walk on fire but I did it and it was powerful way to walk through my fear.  I was fearful of breaking a board with my bare hand but did it with great instructions from professional (don’t do this without an instructor…. I don’t want you to hurt yourself)  I was fearful of flying overseas alone… but did it…. because the results I wanted!  So many things you most likely have done in the past that you need to remind yourself that you have done! 

Mindset

4.  Lets talk about your mindset.  This is how you think about the world around you.  Do you think that there is not enough money, not enough, love, men/women, jobs, and on and on.  

Really in truly, there is plenty of everything!  It is all in the way that you look at it.  Have you ever bought a coffee or meal for the person behind you in line at Starbucks or drive throughs?  

When I am feeling like my money is tight, that is when I will give to a charity of my choice or give someone in need some help.  There is no better feeling when you give when you least have it… it will shift your mood and attitude to a feeling of abundance.  When you feel abundant more will come to you!  Try it!

Watch you vibe level

5. Be selective of what you allow into your mind and space.  What I mean by this is… are you listening to negative talk or positive?  The people you allow into your life …do they represent love, connection, honesty, kindness, happy?  Are you around TOXIC people t that steal your happy vibe…you joy?  You are to stand guard of your own mind.  Meaning to select well what you spend your time with and on.  Find you 3-5 mentors that have what you want to be and watch and listen to them.  Read positive books daily!  I have learned from the best of the best and follow what they do ALL THE TIME!

Be consistent

6.  Be consistent in all that you do.  The more routines you can create for yourself will help you to move the needle to where and whom you want to be.  But you have to be consistent.  If you think about getting into shape.  You can’t just go to the join for 9 days and expect you to be in shape… it takes consistently going to the gym or running or working out to get what you want.  And this pertains to your life as well!  

Plus when you are consistent … it just becomes a part of you.  

Tony Robbins and Dean Grazios say that 80% of your success is your mindset and 20% is mechanics.  So where do you think you need to spend the most time?  Exactly!  In your mind!  

These are some of the things that I teach in the 5 C’s to Contentment.  If you want your life to be different than it is right now….  YOU have to do something different.  You have to make a choice that you do not want to live this way 1 more day. 

I have heard that the one thing that people say the most on their death bed is that they regret not doing ____________________.  I personally don’t want to say that!  I want to live fun filled life with no regrets!
